Singular estate with a protected farmhouse, dating from the 14th century with construction elements from the 18th and 19th centuries. Inside the estate there is a wine cellar. The farmhouse was formerly dedicated to the production of wine and has a catalogued cellar inside, as well as the different building elements for treading the grapes, harvesting them… It has a well with sufficient water flow to combine hotel-restaurant, spa and oenology centre. The farmhouse has important extension possibilities in the case of needing more built surface or gardens, a singular element is the one in front of the farmhouse itself which are the Hortes de Can Puig where different types of vines could be planted on the existing terraces, making it possible to create a vineyard garden. The property is made up of different plots: PLOT 1: MANSO PUIG This is the main farmhouse and all the land (garden + forest = 18.979 m2), where 1.794 m2 built for residential use and 21.212 m2 of land are shown. PLOT 2: FAMADAS This is a rustic vineyard plot of 6.370 m2 (it is the plot just before the Manso Puig plot going up the street on the right hand side and separated by a road). PLOT 3: FAMADAS This is a rustic vineyard plot of 16.656 m2 (the terraces in front of the farmhouse). Plot 4: LA PINEDA Rustic land (Viña d’én Feliu + Les Estepes) of 46.756 m2 crossed by the Agell stream. Layout: The main farmhouse has three floors of approximately 460m2 each one. There are other constructions on the same property which add another 200m2, having a total of 1794m2 according to the land registry. Extension and improvement works are allowed, respecting the existing architectural elements and the extension up to 5% of the built volume. Urbanistic qualification: The new urbanistic qualification of the land assigns the key 1c for the ‘Masía de Can Puig’, with permitted uses of single-family housing, multi-family housing (9 units), hotels, restaurants, sports, cultural, educational and administrative uses.
